1. Introduction

Welcome to Prisful, a software company providing AI solutions to enhance productivity for modern professionals. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Definitions

  • "Service" refers to the AI solutions and tools provided by Prisful.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. Prisful reserves the right to terminate or suspend your Account if any unauthorized use is detected. Furthermore, if we detect any fraudulent or illegal activity, or any suspicious activity associated with your Account, Prisful reserves the right to cancel and delete the Account. In such cases, any purchases or subscription plans associated with the Account will be refunded accordingly.

5. Payment Terms

Prisful offers various subscription plans. Fees are billed on a monthly or yearly basis as per the selected plan. All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law. Users can upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan, which will be reflected in the next billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and software provided by Prisful are the property of Prisful or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal or business purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Prisful is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service. The total liability of Prisful for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Prisful in the past twelve months.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law
